How to apply:
Complete and sign application- Fill in slide descriptions
section and label your slides or photos with your name,
description number and prices per item. You must include 4
slides/photos of work and 1 booth display. Digital images may be
sent to Info@preferredpromotions.com
with your NAME and CATEGORY in the subject line. All applications must
include a $75.00 deposit for each show. Make checks payable to Preferred
Promotions. All first time exhibitors please enclose a self
addressed stamped envelope.
Jewelry category- Due to high demand for jewelry booths
we have set specific guidelines for jewelry applicants. All new
jewelry applicants must submit a separate, one time,
non-refundable $25.00 jury fee with your applications, deposits
and photos or slides. This is a one time fee good for all shows
applied to this year. We have also instituted a jury deadline
for jewelry applications, you can find deadlines on each
application. We will select applicants on those dates.
Notifications will be sent one week following selection.
Acceptance to last year’s show does not guarantee acceptance in
Photos, slides and digital images - We need professional
quality images to promote you and the show. We need digital
images for our website, emailings, postcard mailings, facebook
page, posters and advertisements. We can not pull images from
your website they must be emailed to us at
firstname.lastname@example.org. Please send images in high
resolution if possible. A 4x6 300 dpi would look great on our
postcard or in the newspaper. Lower resolutions can only be
displayed on our website or emailings. Slides and photos are
Notification- You will be notified by mail of acceptance.
We will jury until full. Apply early, popular categories fill up
quickly. If not accepted or put on a wait list your deposit
check will be returned.
Public Relations- To be included on our website photo
gallery, in our public relations campaign and in our print and
internet advertising please send digital images, or slides. We
always need professional quality images for all our marketing
Refund Policy- Cancellation 2 months prior to show will
receive full refund, less deposit.
